We began this full basement renovation by removing the door at the bottom of the stairs. We added sound deadening in the ceiling to muffle television and gym equipment noise.
Then we installed 5 mm luxury vinyl plank throughout the entire basement.
With our restructuring of the layout to allow for the sauna, we created a stylish niche for the bar in the living room and another niche for a custom-built contemporary shelving unit with glass shelves and a textured cupboard door.

Our clients enter their new gym through a modern take on a custom sliding barn door, hand-made with wood. We installed a dedicated electrical circuit for the tread mill and equipped this room with our TV Package.

On the other side of the room, we installed our renowned Projector Package with a full cinema screen and 5.1 Surround Sound. A 60” electric fireplace completes the space.

In the bathroom, we installed a full sauna, perfect for those cold winter days. The custom-built 31” vanity has a quartz counter with a stacked white subway tile backsplash. Above the backsplash, the mirror extends to the ceiling. Stacked white subway tiles also surround the shower/tub combo.
