We created an open invitation to the basement by removing the door at the top of the staircase. The stairs are carpeted with high-end 22-pound underlay, providing a luxurious feel from the first step.
The carpeting continues throughout the basement, where our knockdown ceiling adds texture. Extra potlights with dimmers are ready to achieve any level of lighting desired.
The floor plan of this basement development includes a living room, a bathroom, a designated office space, and a bedroom, where we installed custom wire shelving in the walk-in closet, along with an outlet for cable and internet.

We installed a large flatscreen television and a 50” electric fireplace in the centre of custom shelving. Meanwhile, our famous TV Package ensures no wires cause unsightly clutter.

We elevated a bonus space into an office. To achieve this we installed a 48” reclaimed barn wood door, then painted it whiter-than-white to match the living room, along with strong black accents. To create a true work-from-home space, we added a dedicated line for Internet and cable, while the plush carpeting keeps it cozy.

The 36” wood vanity is topped with a quartz counter. The chrome Delta fixtures throughout the room offer a strong sense of contemporary style. Instead of a bathtub-shower combination, our clients chose to have just a shower, to bring a feeling of more space. The 5’ by 3’ shower is encased in 10 mm glass, while a hand shower unit and custom shelving provide the finishing touches.
