The basement’s features include an entertainment centre, high quality vinyl plank flooring, a small fitness area, and eye popping feature walls in bright contrasting colours. There are LED potlights throughout the basement, while dome lighting and vanity lights are selected from Cartwright Lighting Centre. The basement has our TV package which includes TV and internet connection, a raised plug, and an in-wall HDMI conduit. The bedroom also has a TV and internet connection. The basement’s paint, trim, and doors are all matched to the other floors of the home.

Like all of our basements, the customer gets to choose their custom 31-inch vanity with a granite top and undermount sink, high quality Delta fixtures and a custom cut full length mirror and tile backsplash to tie it all together. The tub/shower combo has a subway tile trim around it, which matches the home’s main upstairs bathroom

Their work is of the highest grade and the price was very competitive. They planned and designed the basement quickly and skillfully and got to work right away. They were done before schedule and all the workers coming through my house were friendly, professional and polite. I have 4 kids in the house and was never worried about having their workers coming and going. The basement looks amazing and I like the way they never tried to up-sell me.
