Topping the wishlist for this development: creating space both mentally and physically to invite enjoyment. Our clients craved relaxation after their intense workdays. Our designer focused on a light, uplifting colour palette of white on the walls and soft neutrals to clear the way for R&R.
Luxury vinyl plank gives the impression of wood while offering the practicality of a material does not need to be tiptoed around. We upgraded the underlay to 6mm cork, making the floors a pleasure to walk across and increasing the overal warmth of the basement.
Equipped with dimmers, the LED lights overhead are ready to illuminate to any level of lighting needed or desired.

Living Room
In the living room, the space was masterfully laid out in order to accommodate three different zones: entertainment, a games area with a foosball table and a workout centre with a dedicated circuit for the treadmill. We installed our famous TV package to hang the large flatscreen free of any distracting wires, leaving the ledgestone surrounding the gas fireplace room to be admired. The cupboards of the custom built-in, with their stone counters and reclaimed wood shelving, echo the custom bar. The bar makes a style statement with white subway tile backsplash and black Delta fixtures, along with a black SILGRANIT sink, dishwasher and beverage fridge.

To create an alluring retreat, we made the bedroom extra cosy by installing 9-pound foam underlay underneath the carpet. We built the walk-in closet and installed an additional internet outlet.
