The gently curved stairway leading to the basement makes a grand entrance to the new entertainment center of our clients’ home. We custom-built the curved pony wall, continued the rounded line along the wall to the home gym and echoed the shape with arched doorways, an homage to the aspect of Spanish colonial that fits so well with our clients’ dark brown furniture and accents.
7 mm luxury vinyl plank throughout makes the space feel even larger, while the 6mm cork underlay softens every step. We installed a sub panel for basement, as well as a dedicated circuit for treadmill in the gym nook, and potlights throughout, including the office nook.

Living Room
The curved wall and arched doorways imbue the games room with European influence, while serving the dual purpose of opening up the area and creating a view corridor to the large flatscreen.
We built a white stone feature wall to house the 60” electric fireplace. Beside it, we installed custom built-in cupboards to anchor the television nook.
Another nook is home to a 5-foot custom-built wetbar topped with a floating shelf. The herringbone tile backsplash above the quartz countertop rises all the way to the ceiling. Below, the custom cabinet includes a spot for the bar fridge.
