Before we began on the designer details, we worked behind the scenes to ensure a quality basement development for our clients. We installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. We moved duct work to gain extra ceiling height, where we also added Rock Wool sound deadening.
We cored and installed a new window. We added a Delta FL air gap membrane to protect the floor from moisture. We also installed 22-pound underlay for all the carpeted areas.
After we jackhammered and re-arranged the bathroom layout, we focused on creating a cohesive look by painting the walls a light, uplifting grey, and installing potlights in the ceiling.

Living Room
Topping our clients’ wish list was the ultimate living room to enjoy movie nights with friends and family. We installed our famous TV Package to ensure the massive screen has no unsightly wires to distract from a premiere viewing experience. We upgraded the audio to Surround Sound and installed speakers in key locations.
Underneath the television, we installed an electric fireplace to keep the space cozy, along with lush 40-ounce carpet underfoot. We custom-matched the colour of the blue feature wall to our clients’ ottoman to achieve a fun, energizing look.
Living Room

To give the room a clean, spacious feel, we added 5 mm luxury vinyl plank, renowned for its durability as a floor covering, with 6 mm cork underlay to absorb impact and help prevent stress cracks in the flooring.
We installed a dedicated circuit for the tread mill and added additional potlights overhead to keep this workout space well-lit.
Gym
