Our development of this basement began with construction. To ensure the space would always feel cozy, never cold, we began this development by installing carpet with 22-pound underlay throughout the basement and on the stairs.
To achieve a bright, transitional aesthetic for the family entertainment zone, our designer chose soft whites on the walls, ceiling and carpet. We also installed LED potlights with dimmers throughout. Lutron Caseta switches controlled by Google Nest add a modern touch.

Living Room
Our clients had a lengthy wish list of items they wanted for their main living area. The challenge was to include everything they wanted, without making the space feel cluttered. The nook to the left of the stairs was just the right spot to build a custom wetbar with a full-sized fridge. We added subway tiles above the quartz countertop, then installed a Black Delta faucet for a modern decor touch. In the media zone, we installed custom cupboards, adding reclaimed wood shelves above. The crowning jewel is the tiled feature wall with a 60” electric fireplace. We mounted the flatscreen above as part of our renowned TV Package, hiding unsightly wires and boxes.

We brought a high-end design element to the bedroom by installing floating wood nightstands on either side of the bed. We installed solid-core bypass doors for the closet and added additional internet and television outlets.
