This basement deserved a grand entrance, which we accomplished by opening up the original staircase on both sides. On the floor, we installed 5 mm luxury vinyl plank throughout, enhancing the clean, open feel of the multi-purpose room. The spacious basement easily accommodates three zones: entertainment, dining, and the bar.
In the entertainment zone, luxurious recliners are ready for people to relax in front of the large wall-mounted flatscreen. Our TV Package carefully positions the monitor for optimal viewing and hides wires. We also installed surround sound.
The dining area is conveniently tucked into a bump-out next to the double doors opening out to the yard — and the patio with the barbecue. The bar area is just steps away.
