We began this basement development with ensuring our clients’ comfort from the first step. We installed 24-ounce carpet with 22-pound memory foam underlay on the stairs and throughout the living room, office and hallway.
A pony wall with handrails along the stairway opens up the space, beckoning visitors into the new, improved basement experience. The aha moment happens as they round the corner and look ahead to a gym that appears to be transplanted from an upscale fitness club.

The custom features of the home gym make this the crown jewel of our clients’ basement development. We began by installing rubber flooring to protect it from heavy equipment. A dedicated circuit for the room ensures that an action-packed workout never trips a breaker.
Custom mirrors combined with a 12mm glass wall and door create a sleek, modern appearance that is extremely well-lit, thanks to additional potlights above. To complete the experience, we installed our renowned TV Package, to help keep the training routine interesting.
