Drawing inspiration from the area’s rich heritage, and adding some Irish pub flair, we created a gathering place for our clients’ friends and family. Accents like rubbed bronze door handles also help to achieve the old-world style.
7mm luxury vinyl plank throughout gives the look of reclaimed hardwood while being tough enough to stand up to western boots and Alberta’s dry climate. We added 6mm cork underlay for additional comfort and extra pot lights throughout.

Living Room
The crowning feature of this living room is the saloon-style custom bar with pendant lighting. The two-tiered bar hides any mess on the counters from the rest of the room, with tile backsplash above the counter.
The reclaimed wood shelving and cabinet bring the true feel of an old drinking establishment. Brick veneer on the wall behind the bar brings even more character. We built a custom stone feature wall with reclaimed wood mantel over the 42" electric fireplace. More reclaimed wood is featured in the custom shelving to the right.

In the wine room, we installed enough holders for an epic wine collection — 300 bottles. The custom dry bar features cabinets for more wine, and of course, wine glasses. A fridge underneath keeps bottles cool and ready for sipping, while an entire wall showcases more reclaimed wood.

In the bathroom, large-scale tile provides a soothing enclave for the five-foot by three-foot shower with a Delta In2ition removable shower head. Walls painted in soft white continue the tranquility. Beneath the 31” vanity, one-foot by two-foot tiles on the floor around the room in a slightly darker colour.
