An appealing basement begins with happy feet. We upgraded the carpet to a cozy 38-ounce level with 10-pound underlay, in a creamy, white colour to bring a sophisticated sensibility while being sturdy enough to allow for easy cleanup without staining.
We painted the walls a soft dove grey and installed dimmers on all the potlights to continue the mood, matching the upstairs finishing.
We installed Roxul Safe’N’Sound in all ceiling areas for sound muffling, updated the storage room and added a dedicated gas line for the outside barbecue.

The living room is a clear example that whites and greys can still be cozy. We custom-built the 42” electric fireplace surround into a feature wall with travertine ledgestone. We wall-mounted the large television above as part of our TV Package. Above, we added extra potlights for accent.

We delivered a modern yet homey style in the bathroom, with distinctive customized accents that include a hexagon tile backsplash and custom mirror above a rectangular sink and painted wood vanity. The 5-foot by 3-foot shower is lined with oversized subway tile and features a shelf for toiletries to prevent floor clutter. A dedicated potlight brightens the space, while the Delta In2ition showerhead brings the power of luxury to this bathroom. Upgraded fixtures throughout.
