The journey to this basement begins with soft, luxurious steps downstairs with light-coloured carpeting and 10-pound memory foam underlay. We added dimmers to allow for lighting adjustment according to mood and need.
On the practical side, we installed an electrical circuit for the full-size fridge, along with a dedicated water line. The lower level of this home also includes a guest bedroom, plus another room converted into a home gym, and a full bathroom.

While our clients preferred a minimalist approach to their living room, they weren’t above having a little fun with their new bar! We built a custom wetbar complete with a dishwasher for all their entertaining needs.
Grey cupboards and shelves above the wetbar continue the understated colours of this basement, while the array of artisan tile brings this stylish nook to life, with a contemporary approach to patterned tile. The living room also includes our famous TV Package. Large flatscreens are great, but hanging them correctly can be a hassle.
