This basement development was done in a single-family home in Calgary. Since there was a sizable amount of space to work with, we wanted to add as much functionality as possible. Because of this, we’ve implemented two bedrooms, one bathroom, as well as a large central living/entertainment area..
As standard with all of our basements we completed to a level 4 finish drywall with textured ceiling, in addition, we matched trim, paint colour, and doors to the main level of the home.

This custom “L” shaped bar has accent pendant lighting, customized floating shelves, and a full-height backsplash. Cabinets are stained wood and countertop are properly matched with the upstairs design.

The centrepiece of this oversized bathroom is a 60” double vanity, with double lights and an extra-large mirror. Other key elements of the bathroom include a 5x3 shower, complete with 10mm glass and tile accents, along with a 3-shelf linen closet. Rounding out the bathroom are upgraded Delta fixtures and toiletries, as well as a 12x24 tile floor.
