With the exception of the bathroom, the finished basement is fully carpeted with 8lb underlay. The basement’s bathroom has a 24-inch vanity with a porcelain top, a large mirror, a MAAX tub/shower combo and Delta fixtures. The basement’s paint, doors, and trim are matched to the main level of the home.

Matt and Ben were referred to me by a friend. Once my buddy told me the price with a bathroom I was very interested. The guys made an appointment right away we sat down at the kitchen table and got right into it. I told them what we were looking for, we went down into the basement to go over everything. The guys were really easy to talk to they really do know what they're doing. The project started very quickly after our initial meeting. They were very forthcoming on what to expect and when to expect certain things, this was very helpful to us as we had a 6 month old at the time. The whole development was completed on time and on budget, Very happy with the end result, so happy in fact this is the first review I think I’ve ever written C.Yauch
