Following a complete demolition of the original basement and thorough application of Quik-Shield insulation, our design team set to work on bringing this playful lower level to fruition. One bedroom, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room add function and value to this character-filled additional living space. Warm LVP flooring, cooler custom cabinetry, and dark quartz countertops set the stage for
vibrant paints, patterned tiles, and richly textured wallpaper to steal the show.
