This basement has a main living area, one bedroom, and a bathroom and is located in a single-family home in Airdrie. Features include an entertainment centre, stained wood features in the stairwell, high quality carpet, and bathroom fixtures. The basement features LED spotlights, dome lighting and vanity lights selected from our dedicated sales rep at Cartwright Lighting Centre. The basement’s cold air returns were moved to the floor level and the ceiling’s heating system was replaced with circular diffusers. The basement is carpeted except for the tiled bathroom, and the basement’s trim, doors, and paint were all matched to the home’s main level.
