Wall sconces make a consistent style statement throughout the basement, from the living area, to the wet bar zone, bedroom and dining nook, where a high table is ready for both snacks and games.
The light-coloured walls and the potlights throughout contribute to the light, easy feel of the space — our goal was to design a living area that isn’t fussy, but definitely is a space this Auburn Sound family can be proud of.

In the bathroom, large ceramic floor tiles are echoed in the shower, all the way to the ceiling. The 36” solid wood vanity offers stylish storage space with shaker-style cupboard doors that reflect the glossy brown subway tiled backsplash behind the sink, nestled into a Polaire quartz countertop.
The 5’ x 3’ shower features two shower heads, including a spa-like rain shower head, with Delta fixtures used throughout the room.
Bathroom
