Features include a high end wet bar, linear fireplace, and a state of the art entertainment area. The basement has modern LED potlights, with dome lighting and vanity lights selected from our dedicated rep at Cartwright Lighting. High quality 5mm luxury vinyl plank was installed throughout the basement, with the exception of the bedroom, which is carpeted. The paint, trim, and doors in the basement were painted to match the finish on the property’s main levels.

The basement development was completed on time and to the best of our satisfaction. The people who worked on this project were very friendly and courteous besides being experienced. The management was very responsive and took quick action to any issues raised. The place was kept very clean and tidy. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
